Brinkley, a former model and mother to three recently appeared on The Wendy Williams Show morning. During the interview, Williams brought up the fact that Brinkley has been married and divorced four times. Brinkley joked that she has worked with her share of lawyers and can give Williams a recommendation. Williams seemed to be open to the offer, telling Brinkley, “I will whisper to you during the break. I have one, but I want to hear what you say.”

Though Brinkley has not found long term success with marriage, she has created a successful business empire, signing numerous company endorsements, creating successful retail lines, and authoring two books. Brinkley’s experience with divorce and business could prove valuable to Williams.

Wendy Williams opened up about her divorce to her audience

Not one to shy away from talking about hot topics, Williams addressed her personal problems on air Monday. The talk show host opened up her hot topics segment noting the irony of how her show addresses the hot topics and now she, herself, is the hot topic. She joked: “Their business is our business. It’s been the motto of the hot topics bureau since the show was invented during our six-week sneak peek 11 years ago… And it’s so crazy because now my business is your business… Turnabout’s a fair game. I get it.”

Williams told her audience that she had a good weekend spending time with friends from her sober house. She has also been spending time with her sister. Williams revealed that she will be getting out of the sober house in a few days and that the time there has helped her evaluate every compartment of her life. She says she is busy planning the future for her and her son.

Kevin Hunter had something to say as well

Many wondered how Hunter would respond to the rumors of his infidelity and controlling behavior. The executive producer of The Wendy Williams Show finally released a statement in regards to his impending divorce.

“I am not proud of my recent actions and take full accountability and apologize to my wife, my family and her amazing fans,” he said. “I am going through a time of self-reflection and am trying to right some wrongs. No matter what the outcome is or what the future holds, we are still The Hunter Family and I will continue to work with and fully support my wife in this business and through any and all obstacles she may face living her new life of sobriety, while I also work on mine.”

It appears that Hunter is taking responsibility for his actions and plans to work towards repairing his relationship with Williams. Whether he intends to continue a business relationship with Williams or will be amicable during the divorce proceedings remains to be seen.
